Sheikh Taleb bin Saqr Al-Qassimi was born in Ras Al Khaimah in 1961. In 1981, he graduated from Sandhurst College in UK. He was recruited as Lieutenant in the UAE army. In 1995, he transferred to Ministry of Interior at RAK Police Directorate as a Lieutenant Colonel and be the Director. Then he was upgraded till he became a General.     We could use the communication technologies in the security work.
